Right guys, 

This is our final design for the boards after weve worked on it this morning. Myself Matt Aneesa Jazz and Alex turned up today to work on it. We basically need everyone to come in Monday morning at 10am to put work on the templates and get them off for print. We have gone for the CMYK approach as multiple colours looked far too much. The work will be placed on the black, with 30mm border around all the edge with a hanging height of 30mm down from the top of the black. 

Personally we all love the simplicity of it and its quite a fresh modern look.

ok guys, heres a preview of everyones line drawings. Got them all done today, minus Grys. Personally I reckon this could end up looking pretty damn cool, let me know what you think

as you know, myself wayde aneesa and jazz been working on ideas for new templates.

We quite like the idea of a line drawing for each person, with different colour background for everybody.

quick example shown above.

URGENT - MEETING THURSDAY 18 June

I've posted out mails to your account but thought I'd post here as well.

Please make this meeting - it's getting very close to the wire and it would be great to have a meet to finalise all New Blood exhibition panel artwork so that we can print in time and deliver it for Friday next.

New Blood Template

Okay, so here's a basic template for you guys to follow.

1. Create a document which is 950mm x 2340 mm at 140 dpi

2. Pop a ruler down at 585mm (a quarter of the way down)

3. Pop another ruler down at 1560mm (bottom third)

4. Select photo of your choice and crop your FACE to the top quarter. No more, no less. It can be on the left or right hand side, with some of you (up to half) cut off. Leave sufficient white space for your details.

5. Create one of those abstract black shapes in the bottom third - anything you want, it's not going to be seen very well anyway.

6. The space in the middle is for all your lovely work - we'll decide on height measurements on Wednesday.

I can only do till about lunchtime, because I'll have an interview in the afternoon - but if someone is in early with me we can sort it all out together.
